- 250 g flour
- 400 g margarine
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- 500g dark cooking chocolate, roughly chopped
- 300 g sugar
- 150 g chopped walnuts
- ½ tsp fine salt
How to make
- Heat the margarine over low heat until melted, take care not to boil or burn. Turn off the heat, then enter the chopped chocolate, sugar and salt, stirring until chocolate melts and sugar dissolves. Remove and allow to cool.
