Ingredient
- 200g dark cooking chocolate, chopped
- 150 g unsalted butter
- 5 eggs
- 5 egg yolks
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 70 g cake flour, sifted
- 12 ice cream scoop of vanilla
- 12 green tea ice cream scoop (or to taste)
How to make
- Grease a muffin tin fruit 10-12 100ml volume with butter and sprinkle premises flour, set aside.
- Team chocolate and butter until melted, remove from heat. Allow to cool slightly. Mix the eggs, egg yolks, and salt in a bowl. Pour the melted chocolate and stir well. Add flour, stirring until well blended and the dough is soft and slippery.
- Pour batter into a mold that has been prepared. Store in freezer until hardened (+/- 2 hours). Remove from the freezer.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200C until nearly cooked (+/- 20 min). Remove from the oven.
- Remove the cake from the mold directly on a serving plate while hot. Give vanilla ice cream and green tea ice cream. Serve immediately while hot so that the cake issued a 'lava' brown when scooped.
